Our goal is to ensure your transition from the mundane to the magical is hassle-free, allowing you to immerse yourself in the Bliss Burn experience from the moment you arrive. This guide covers your journey from the initial bridge approach, through the check-in process, and into the embrace of Bliss Burn, where your adventure truly begins.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Volunteer Traffic Monitors: These dedicated souls manage vehicle flow, ensuring safe and orderly passage across the bridge and towards check-in.
Greeters: Your first encounter with the warmth of our Bliss Burn community, guiding you to to the check-in area, and then to your camping or parking spots.
Attendees (You!): Your task is simple but crucial—follow our volunteers' guidance to ensure a seamless entry for all.
Your Arrival Journey:
1. Crossing the Bridge:
Meet our Traffic Monitors, who will ensure an organized and safe crossing. Patience and cooperation here set the tone for your entire Bliss Burn experience.
2. The Queuing Area:
After the bridge, you'll enter a queuing area. Here, the flow of vehicles is carefully managed to maintain movement towards the magic.
3. The Ascent to Check-In:
Guided by signs and volunteers, you'll ascend the hill, where the journey transforms. At the top, bear left towards our welcoming Front of House Box Office.
4. Finalizing Your Arrival:
Once parked, our Greeters will lead you to the check-in area, where your Bliss Burn journey officially begins. Directions to camping and general parking will be provided.
Continuous Support and Monitoring:
Our team will continuously monitor the flow of traffic, making real-time adjustments as needed. Your feedback post-event will help us improve future experiences.
